Giuseppe Lupi was born in Turin (Italy) on the 21st of July 1963. He graduated in Medicine at Turin University where he achieved full marks. In 1994 he attended the C.S.T.N.F. (Physical and Natural Therapy Study Center) in Turin where he received a Diploma as a Doctor in Acupuncture. In 1998 he obtained the Italian Certificate in Acupuncture.

Since 1995 he is a member of the teaching body of the Italian Federation of the Acupuncture Society (F.I.S.A.) and he is also one of the lecturers in the Acupuncture School of Turin (C.S.T.N.F.) In the month of August 1996, 1999, 2002 and 2005 he attended a specializing course in Acupuncture at the Acupuncture International Training Center in Shanghai and at the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nanjing (China).

Dr. Lupi belongs to the S.I.R.A.A. (Italian Society of Reflexotherapy, Acupuncture and Auricolotherapy) as an elected member of the Directive Council until the year 2000 and as treasurer since 2013. In 2013 he became President of S.I.R.A.A.

Dr. Lupi has been responsible from 2004 to 2015 of the Acupuncture outpatients department of the Aosta Valley Regional Hospital. Here he has treated patients suffering from nausea and vomiting during pregnancy or undergoing chemotherapy.

In 2007 he received the title of “Visiting Professor” of the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University of Hangzhou.
