Dr. Jan Vagedes studied medicine and philosophy in Munich and is certified in Pediatrics, Neonatology, Anthroposophic Medicine and homeopathy. He is the founder and scientific director of the ARCIM Institute (Academic Research in Complementary and Integrative Medicine) at the Filderklinik, Germany. He is also a research associate in the department of Pediatrics at the University of Tübingen and a pediatric attending at the Filderklinik, Germany.
Dr. Vagedes is board member of "Medizinisches Seminar Bad Boll", a post-graduate training initiative in Anthropophic Medicine. He wrote the widely read parent guide on integrative pediatrics "Das Kinder Gesundheitsbuch". His main research interest is in the psycho-physiological effects of anthroposophic therapies.
